Frank Spirit

What the two friends have in common are their musical activities: Collecting records is as much a passion as playing them out. Frank Spirit has a weakness for organic sounds from the past decades and contemporary club music. You’ll hear them play Soul, Jazz, Boogie, Disco, House and Broken Beat during the same night. The musical broadness melts into one storyline. Along with the club activities they also spent hours in the studio behind old hardware samplers, drum machines and synthesizers. For some rare occasions the club - studio situation combines into a liveset in a hardware only setting.
Since 2017 they have released and contributed to a handful of records and tapes on labels such as audiotheque, hommes du monde, Toxico and Fufu.
