Underscore w/ Backslash Festival

The underscore is a typographic character that can be used both to emphasize and to link several elements. It's in this spirit of sharing that Geneva-based Cringecore collective takes the listeners to meet the associations, labels and insitutions that shape the Swiss underground musical landscape.

Backslash is a multidisciplinary festival organised by the Tokyo Data Collective (https://tokyodatacollective.com/). It takes place every autumn in the Gesnerallee theatre in Zürich. It combines dance, performance, audio-visual experience and music. Each year the aim is to show a fragment of what is happening in different cultural scenes. From classical to abstract, from acoustic to electronic music, from spectator to participant, the forms are multiple and the barriers are unknown. Iteration after iteration, the festival mutates and transforms itself in an attempt to keep up with the times.
