'an archive of beloved things' is an attempt at creating a collection of softspots. it is an invitation to artists who practice or have an interest in sound(ing), to create sonic collages that are reflections of loving states of being. specifically from the perspectives of bodies that navigate societal margins. the margins, here, are understood as expansive and everchanging places, where possibility is not an option but rather a certainty. they define themselves through the knowledge that imagination is one of the first and last places for solace. in each episode, we engage with questions around the relationship between sound(ing) and (un_)belonging.
